OKKY Jelly Drink won Indonesia Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) 2017
The Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) was held at the Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta, on November 22nd, 2017. The ICSA is an award founded by SWA magazine and granted to companies that are deemed to be successful in providing Customer Satisfaction.
In the year 2017, the brand OKKY Jelly Drink once again received the award for The Best in Achieving Total Customer Satisfaction. This year’s ICSA award is the 11th award given to the brand OKKY Jelly Drink from the year 2007 until 2017.
For information, the 2017 ICSA Survey was conducted in 6 big cities i.e. Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar with a total 5,700 samples consisting of 4,500 random samples plus 1,200 booster samples. Random sample taking method was used with multistage area random sampling; whereas, purposive sampling was conducted for purposive sampling. The survey was conducted by way of face to face personal interview.
