Monitor daily execution of HRIS includes updating personnel record such as employee status, bank account, leaving employee, etc and ensure that all these records are secure to protect confidentiality at all times.
Maintain and control the process of employees benefit payment and monitor the administration activities.
Provides advisory support to internal customers in related with employee benefit and HRIS.
Checking and managing approval process of employee’s medical claim (outpatient, glasses, maternity, etc) from end-to-end.
Reconciling employee benefit payment report.
Updating HRIS data periodically and employee database update in local system
Extracting and checking employee data (absence, sickness, leave) for payroll
Ensuring the payment process of HR expenses are on time and running well
Managing and monitoring agreement/contract with health care institutions
Maintain and control compensation and benefit administration
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Proficient in HRIS, administration skill, analytical thinking, high attention to details
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
